Very surprised to get a second post delivery today, thought it was just a piece of mis-delivered mail, but there's a rubber stamp on the envelope which says "POTTERS BAR 2ND POST 30TH APRIL 2009"

I thought we'd lost 2nd post ... very pleased!

Does anyone else get two deliveries?

I havent ever heard of this before. Does itmean you have more than 1 delivery ?

It used to be the case you'd have one delivery around 6am and the second about 11am but they "streamlined" this some time back. The new system had one delivery and mine is usually between 10-2. But the other day I had the usual one at 10 and a second one a bit later. Nice surprise to have it back!

I wouldn't mind one delivery a day but it'd be nice if it arrived before I left for work. As it happened, what came second post was a 1st class envelope from Barnet so it should have been there first post anyhow.
